With regard to the sending of commercial communications, ECAINOX will process the User’s data, until the User objects.

ECAINOX will treat the following categories of User data:

In the event that the User provides data of third parties, he/she declares to have the consent of the same and undertakes to translate the information contained in the Privacy Policy, exempting ECAINOX from any liability in this regard. What is the legitimacy of the processing of user data?
The processing of the User’s data by ECAINOX for the sending of commercial communications, for the elaboration of profiles and for the carrying out of satisfaction surveys is based on the legitimate interest of ECAINOX in accordance with the provisions of the RGPD.
On the other hand, the processing of the User’s data to manage, process and follow up the purchases made by the User is the execution of the purchase contract, so that the provision of data for this purpose is mandatory and would prevent compliance otherwise.
